connect you with independent drivers who provide transportation services. We are not a
transportation provider; we act as an intermediary between you and the drivers.

You agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking, including any additional charges
(e.g., tolls, waiting time) communicated during the ride.

Cancellations: Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver
has been assigned. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
- Treat drivers and their vehicles with respect.
- Not use the Services for illegal purposes, including transporting prohibited items (e.g.,
weapons, drugs).
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in India.
6. Driver Responsibilities
- Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of Get My Taxi.
- We facilitate ride arrangements but are not liable for the actions, conduct, or quality of
service provided by drivers.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Get My Taxi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
your use of the Services, including but not limited to delays, accidents, or loss of property.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not
exceed the amount you paid for the specific ride in question.
- We are not responsible for events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, traffic
conditions, or driver behavior.

- All content on our website and app (e.g., logos, text, design) is owned by Get My Taxi or its
licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Termination

- You may stop using our Services at any time by discontinuing access or deleting your account.
